Terms of Service
Welcome to Sona. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sona website, wallet application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By connecting a wallet or otherwise accessing Sona, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of any modifications we may make to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Sona implements a marketplace for verified Raydium CPMM Fee Keys on Solana. Wallet authentication, chain-verified inventory, persistent listings and bilateral atomic settlement are implemented. Each sale requires the seller’s approval and the buyer’s signature. Listings are coordinated by the marketplace server; there is no custom Sona program or standing escrow. This build runs locally; a public deployment and independent security audit have not been completed. The current scope includes:
Discovering verified Raydium CPMM Burn & Earn Fee Keys held by a connected wallet.
Comparing pool assets, lock terms, transfer permissions and listing prices.
Private deal discovery is planned and is not enabled in this release.
Transferring only those rights supported by the underlying Solana position.
Following official Sona announcements for confirmed product availability.
Reviewing the pool and position risks before any transaction.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.
3. Wallet Connection and Security
3.1 Access
Connect a compatible Solana wallet to authenticate, list verified Fee Keys or approve a purchase. You remain responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys and seed phrases. Sona does not request or store your private keys.
3.2 Responsibility
Wallet authentication uses a signed message. A sale requires both wallets to sign the same transaction, exchanging one verified Fee Key for the agreed SOL price. Check the mint, price, recipient and network before signing. Solana transaction fees and account-creation costs apply. Once a seller’s signed approval is released, it may remain executable until its blockhash expires; removing a listing cannot revoke that signature.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 Ownership of the Service
The Sona website, interface, branding and original content are and will remain the property of Sona and its licensors, subject to applicable third-party and open-source licenses. Raydium and Solana programs remain the work of their respective authors.
4.2 Protocol Outputs
Settlement uses Solana’s existing Token, Associated Token and System programs. The Fee Key transfer and SOL payment are atomic: either both execute, or both roll back. Network fees may still be charged for a failed transaction. Sona does not claim ownership of users’ Fee Keys, tokens or other assets.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Sona for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including:
Illegal Activity: Using the Service to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Market Manipulation: Engaging in wash trading, spoofing, or any form of artificial price manipulation on the platform.
Exploits: Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the smart contracts, escrow mechanisms, or any other component of the protocol.
Reverse Engineering: Attempting to extract the source code or underlying architecture of proprietary Sona systems beyond what is publicly available on-chain.
Unauthorized Automation: Using bots or scripts to interact with the DApp in a manner that disrupts normal operation for other users.
6. Fees
6.1 Marketplace Fees
The current settlement transaction adds no Sona marketplace fee. The buyer pays the agreed SOL price, network fees and any required token-account creation cost.
6.2 Programs
No token buyback, burn or referral allocation is promised by this website. Any future program will be described separately through official Sona channels.
6.3 Network Fees
Solana transactions require network fees paid in SOL. Creating a buyer token account also requires a rent-exempt balance. These costs are separate from the listed price.
7. Risks
7.1 Smart Contract Risk
No independent security audit has been completed. Sona uses existing Solana programs rather than a custom settlement program, but the application, wallet integrations and underlying protocols can still contain bugs or vulnerabilities. Tests and published receipts are evidence of specific behavior, not a security guarantee.
7.2 Market Risk
The value of Fee Keys, tokens and cryptocurrency assets can fluctuate significantly. Future pool fees are uncertain. Sona does not guarantee returns, yields or profits from using the Service.
7.3 Regulatory Risk
The regulatory landscape for decentralized finance and digital assets is evolving. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
8. Termination
We may restrict or block wallet addresses from accessing the DApp at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with legal requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Sona, nor its founders, team members, advisors, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, tokens, digital assets, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your access to or use of the Service and smart contracts.
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
Loss of funds due to user error, wallet compromise, or incorrect transaction parameters.
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your wallet or transactions.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Sona makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the protocol, smart contracts, or any data provided through the Service. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that the operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Sona operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
12. Privacy
Sona reads public Solana account data to verify wallet holdings and Fee Keys. Authentication sessions, listings and purchase records are stored by the marketplace server. Solana wallet addresses and transaction details are public. Private deal discovery is planned and does not currently hide this information. This website’s contact control opens the official Sona X account.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice through the website or official communication channels prior to any new terms taking effect.
